Thank you for shopping with MaoliCare Life Sciences. Below you will find information regarding our shipping practices for domestic and international orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all U.S. states and select international destinations. International availability depends on destination, carrier limitations, and local import regulations for dietary supplements. Shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Subscription orders qualify for free shipping where available. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to select one-time purchases and will be shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

5. Carriers and Tracking
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on destination and service level. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
6. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
MaoliCare Life Sciences is not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals caused by customs authorities. Undeliverable or refused international shipments may result in return shipping costs deducted from any refund.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on a recurring basis, typically every 30 days. You may manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your account, with changes applying to future shipments.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@maolicarelifesciences.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. Resolutions are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after shipment may result in additional fees.
