We accept returns only for unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

2. U.S. Returns

U.S. customers must contact us for return approval before sending any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. International Returns

International returns are subject to the same eligibility requirements. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or seizures caused by customs authorities. Mandatory consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.

4. How to Initiate a Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping costs, at no additional charge.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, items returned after 14 days, and promotional or clearance items are not eligible for return. Subscription orders follow the same return rules, but subscriptions may be canceled at any time for future shipments.
